Our team is working hard to get your LH goodies to you, but as the new year is always bustling, here are a few things to keep in mind regarding your parcel:
- Tracking Updates: If your parcel status says “awaiting flight,” “plane departed,” or “awaiting clearance,” it’s perfectly normal to not see updates for 1-2 weeks. This doesn’t mean your parcel is lost—it’s just on its way! During this busy time, some checkpoints may also skip scanning to expedite processing, so tracking updates can appear less frequent. Once it arrives in your country, you can track it further using your local postal service (e.g., USPS in the US or Canada Post) with the same tracking ID.
- USA Orders: Australia Post has advised that delays may still occur for parcels heading to the US due to high demand and potential weather-related disruptions. Please be patient as your parcel makes its way to you.
- Canada Orders: Good news! Shipping to Canada has resumed. However, please expect potential delays due to the backlog of parcels from earlier restrictions.
While we know waiting can be frustrating, we kindly ask you to refrain from emailing for updates if there’s been no movement on your tracking for less than two weeks—we can only see the same tracking details available to you.
