I always dreamed of having a daughter.
As the founder of LH Agenda, a brand that empowers women, and a proud champion of women’s rights, I imagined I would raise her to become the empowered, strong woman I always wanted to be myself. I’ve interviewed dozens of successful women over the years.
Leaders. Founders. Creators. I planned to use all their wisdom to teach her passion, strength, resilience, leadership, ambition and independence to become one of those women we all admire. I wanted her to be the better version of myself.
Motherhood journey
In 2017, after a long and emotional journey with endometriosis and fertility struggles, I became pregnant with my first child. My beautiful boy, Jordan.
I was overwhelmingly grateful. I had a big brother myself who I totally adored and from whom I also learned to be a kickass woman (we fought a lot growing up!).

Second chance
Knowing how difficult it had been the first time, my husband and I didn’t wait long before trying for our second child. We always wanted just two children and both wanted to have a daughter so this was our time.
We did everything. The research. The diets. The timing. The old wives’ tales.
And then we did the most dangerous thing of all: we chose a name before I was even pregnant.
Skye Melody.
When the DNA results arrived, I was nervous but convinced we had somehow cracked the code.
Another boy.
I checked. And checked again.
Definitely a boy.

In 2019, Jacob was born – and he completely stole my heart.
I’ll admit it took me some time to come to terms with being a boy mum.
It’s always tough to let go of an old dream. But I never expected little boys to be so beautiful, kind, loving and caring and I love them more than I could have ever imagined. Being a mum to boys has helped me understand how important we all are to this world, regardless of gender.
I felt this lesson so deeply that in 2020 I rebranded my successful business Leaders in Heels to LH Agenda to be more inclusive – to include all leaders, not just women.
And somewhere in that journey, I realised something else.
The daughter I had imagined was actually a vision of the woman I wanted to be. So instead of holding onto a dream I had no control over, I decided to become that woman myself.
Finding myself
If you are a regular LH Agenda customer, you’ll know I’m a huge fan of visualisation. From the Make Your Mark exercise “I am / I will be,” to the Aspire Career Designer chapter on building your personal brand, the Ideal Day page in our LH Planners, and the Dream Activation visualisation recording, through all LH Agenda products, I have encouraged women to imagine their dream life and then take real action to achieve it. Dream. Define. Do. has always been our motto.
I’ve been practising it all along too.
When meditating or journaling, I would picture myself as smart, creative, radiant, funny, and kind. I imagined someone with quiet confidence, who travels, creates, and connects with women. Someone who doesn’t follow the herd, but intentionally creates her own path. Flexible work, every day different. A community builder, a connector, an intelligent leader. I saw myself in a modern, sunlit home filled with pieces collected on travels around the world. Fit, healthy, glowing, effortlessly stylish.
Through visualisation, intention, and doing the work, I slowly stepped into these qualities – imperfectly, of course – but consciously, intentionally, and with passion. I was becoming the woman I had once imagined raising.

Creating THE Brand
Even though LH Agenda is a personal growth brand, I never saw myself as a life coach or career coach. I am a lifelong student, someone who loves personal growth and learning. Even with a master in finance, I knew my joy wasn’t in spreadsheets – it was in patterns, design, creativity, and making things beautiful. I’ve always loved observing nature, architecture, and fashion, capturing moments, and imagining how those inspirations could flow into our next planner or compendium design.

When I was a child I was obsessed with fashion TV. I would watch fashion runways, analyse collections and the designer’s vision, then tell my mum what I wanted her to sew for me. On the post-communist shelves in Poland there was not much to choose from, so I had to be creative.
Creativity was my expression.
Over time, that creativity grew into a desire to build something meaningful — a business that supports women, creates opportunity, and gives back.
I’ve always believed that good business should serve a greater purpose, and that when women are supported, real change follows.
And now, the dots are joining together.
Welcoming Skye Melody
With a mix of excitement and a little nervousness, I am delighted to introduce the Skye Melody collection. I embody her in activewear pieces that I (we!) can wear that can remind us of who we want to be. Skye Melody is here to bring a sense of inner confidence, strength, creativity, calmness, and poise into everyday life — while inspiring us to move our bodies, stay active, and feel good in our own skin.

Created with intention and heart, Skye Melody also carries a deeper purpose — supporting women and giving back through the LH Agenda Women’s Foundation.
Skye Melody is our reminder that we don’t have to wait to raise strong women. We can become them.
Excited to meet Skye Melody? Your personal invitation will arrive in our next email.
