We currently have the following open positions:

Casual Sales & Partnerships Assistant – Australia [Growth Team]

Location: Remote (Australia-based preferred)
Hours: Approx. 5–10 hours per week (flexible)
Pay: $30/hour + commission on sales
Contract: Casual (initial 3-month trial, potential to grow)

We’re looking for a friendly, motivated person to help us connect with more retailers, wellness studios, and coaching venues that align with our mission of inspiring women to lead fulfilled, balanced lives.

What you’ll do

  • Reach out to potential retail and partnership opportunities (boutiques, gyms, pilates studios, wellness retreats, coaches)
  • Introduce our brands and build genuine relationships with decision-makers
  • Follow up with leads, send samples, and support onboarding of new partners
  • Maintain a simple activity tracker (we use Google Sheets)
  • Provide weekly updates on your outreach and results

What we’re looking for

  • A confident communicator who’s warm, articulate, and organised
  • Someone who enjoys connecting with people and sharing products they believe in
  • Basic understanding of sales or account management (experience in retail, wellness, or lifestyle sectors a bonus)
  • Comfortable working independently and managing flexible hours
  • Passion for wellness, empowerment, or women-led brands
