Why we created the Worry Be Gone – Clarity Journal
The Worry Be Gone Journal is inspired by a personal tool that LH Agenda founder Kasia Gospos created for herself to deal with worries, anxieties and the mental overwhelm of being an entrepreneur, manager, mum, daughter, and wife. The practice helped her to find clarity and solutions, reduce stress, anxiety and toxic worry, and it created a space to brain dump all the thoughts in order to move through them with inspired action.
The layout is inspired in part by an approach to stress management by entrepreneur and investor Tim Ferris, combined with lessons learned from an EAP corporate psychologist.
