Why we created Thrive Mind Designer
Modern day life makes demands on our bodies and our minds. Deadlines, stress, constant access to (and feedback from!) the world on our smart devices, social media, and high expectations all take a toll.
Just as there has been an increased focus on physical health in previous decades, more attention is being paid to mental and emotional health now, especially as mental health issues are on the rise worldwide.
We want not just to cope with everyday life, but to thrive, grow, have purpose and a sense of overall wellbeing, physically and mentally. Being resilient doesn’t mean we won’t experience difficulties – after all, to build resilience we have to go through things – but it does mean that we will be able to recover from them quicker and stronger than before.
